Two decades working with youth and families, including Child Protective Services
Veronica joined Southwest Key Programs in 1996 and has served as a Clinician, Program Director, Quality Assurance Manager and Director of Community Affairs. Currently, in her role as Vice President of Youth and Family Services, she oversees all of Southwest Key’s community-based alternatives to detention and incarceration programs for youth.
She has two decades of experience working with youth and families, starting her career as a Child Protective Services worker. Veronica received her B.A. in Psychology and Masters of Science in Social Work with a specialty in Direct Practice from the University of Texas. She maintains her certification as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
