Troy Hodson is the Vice President of Digital Operations. Troy is responsible for the leadership and direction of Digital Operations at Southwest Key.
Troy brings more than 25 years of engineering, operations, vendor management and Information Technology leadership working for major corporations in various industries. Former employers include Kaiser Permanente, Delta Dental Insurance, and Sutter Health. Troy has led major Information Technology initiatives and programs throughout his career.
Troy is based out of the Austin Headquarters. As the VP of Digital Operations, Troy works closely with the executive team to improve foundational digital services to our employees.
Troy holds a bachelor’s degree in Business & eBusiness from University of Phoenix Los Angeles and an MBA from the University of Phoenix San Diego.
