We sat down with a number of Southwest Key staff members in the Western Region (California and Arizona) to hear first hand what their career journeys have been in the organization, and to hear their passion for the Southwest Key mission. It was a joy to listen to stories of triumph about the children in our care and about the strong bonds of appreciation and teamwork that have developed between staff.
