Rosa Santis is a businesswoman, entrepreneur, and active community member. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Government and Masters of Science in Political Science from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with high honors, in 1980.

She founded her company, Pedro S.S. Services, Inc. in 1980. Pedro S.S. Services, Inc. is a construction/management company specializing in placing underground telephone, electric, gas and cable communication. The company is headquartered in the heart of East Austin with offices in Round Rock. Major clients include Oncor Electric, Atmos Energy, AT&T, Suddenlink, Grande Communication, Spectrum, City of Georgetown, Bartlett Electric Coop, as well as local developers.

Ms. Santis has more than 40 years of construction/management experience and oversees the daily operations of the corporation, which also employs 80 people. In addition to her construction company, she also has over 30 years of experience in real estate investments.

She is active in the East Austin community and is a board member of Southwest Key Programs and the Mexic-Arte Museum.

She is mother to Monica, a graduate of George Washington University, and Pedro, who graduated from The University of California at Santa Barbara, who are involved in the corporation.
