Served then-Governor George W. Bush for more than five years in Austin as the campaign’s political director.

Neil serves as Southwest Key’s Vice President of Communications, leading the company’s internal and external operations including media relations, public affairs, community relations, issues management and executive and employee communications. Prior to joining Southwest Key, Neil was the managing partner of Blue Pointe Strategies, a digital marketing agency based in Fort Worth. Before that role, Neil led Weber Shandwick’s team in Texas, managing the agency’s day-to-day operations in Dallas, Houston, and Austin.

Neil began his career in politics, serving then-Governor George W. Bush for more than five years in Austin. As the campaign’s political director, he coordinated the work of trade groups, business associations, community-based organizations and ancillary campaigns.

Neil is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in government. He is also the proud dad to his daughter Brett and son Jack.
