Scam Alert
We will never contact you requesting payment for services.
We are aware of a scam in which people are being asked to pay fees to someone claiming to represent Southwest Key Programs. These emails, text messages, and phone calls are not associated with Southwest Key Programs.
Although we work with many federal, state, county, and local agencies, Southwest Key Programs does not charge individual clients for these services nor ask for money. Many of these fraudulent entities are requesting money through Zelle, Cash App, or Venmo, which we do not use at all.
Official emails from Southwest Key Programs will always come from an address ending in @swkey.org. Any email sent from a different domain is not official and is not affiliated with Southwest Key Programs.
If someone contacts you claiming to represent Southwest Key Programs, do not engage. You can always call us directly at 512-462-2181 or use the contact page to report any unusual solicitations to Media Inquiries (or Information Technology).
